Young Activists Get Schooled: Enroll in ‘Do Something U’ Teen volunteer organization DoSomething.org and Chase launch “Do Someth

New York, NY (November 15, 2010) –DoSomething.org and Chase announce today the launch of “Do Something U,” a new online video series that will offer an extensive training program of valuable tips and tools for young people taking action.

Each week, a new video will launch around a new topic, providing specific solutions to many of the problems that young activists face. The weekly videos will feature exclusive interviews and commentary from top experts in the field, including non-profit leaders, celebrities, and other successful young activists.
Lending his unique expertise to the first video of the series is Andrew Jenks, award-winning documentarian and star of MTV’s World of Jenks, who offers his unique insight into “How to Tell Your Story Through Video.”
Also included with the launch are “How to Overcome Your Fear of Asking for Money,” featuring 2010 Do Something Award winner & community leader Jessica Posner, and “How to Create A Strong Brand” as told by CEO and Chief Old Person of DoSomething.org, Nancy Lublin.
