Been missing your weekly dose of Schmidt-isms this summer? Tonight you can get your fix of New Girl's best: Schmidt, Nick and Winston. The three roommates, actually known as Max Greenfield, Jake Johnson and Lamorne Morris, are hosting VH1's 2012 Do Something Awards tonight. One of the few awards shows that don't devote themselves to inflating the egos of celebrities, the Do Something Awards honor young people who have started foundations, volunteered and many other things to help others. A few charitable celebrities will be honored, too, but it's the average people in their early 20s who are eligible for the grand prize -- and who will make everyone watching feel pretty unaccomplished. It may not be clear which overachiever will walk away with a $100,000 grant, but we do know that douchebag jars will stay empty for the night. The 2012 Do Something Awards are on tonight at 9 PM on VH1. Collection Intervention is on tonight at a special time, 9:30 PM on Syfy.
