You’ve decided music education is your thing! And you want to be a part of the biggest Battle for the Bands in history... Great! You’re in a garage band, glee club, orchestra, choir, or can do the meanest air guitar this side of the Mississippi... Sweet! Here are some tips on how to upload your video and submit it for your chance to win $5K for your school's music program and tons of other hot prizes.

What we're looking for:

  • The videos should be no more than 5 minutes
  • Should feature a musical performance (of any type)
  • Include a testimonial on why music education matters
  • Involve lots of other teens either starring in or helping to produce the video
  • Creativity counts! Include photos, film in unexpected locations, use humor - have fun!

What's next:

  • Upload your video
  • Go viral! Use social media (twitter, facebook, myspace) to get people to watch your video.
  • Show your video in your school, community center, concert and/or show.
  • Submit your video and results by April 15th for a chance to win!

GOOD LUCK!
