I have seen poverty up close and personal with Work and Witness trips with my church. It is devastating to see what people go through to survive.If we can help to stop it, I am all for it.

I have heard about Poverty a lot of times and i always wished that i could help those in need but i never knew how to help. Now that i have a way to help, i am ready to Help.

this is definitely an important cause. poverty is everywhere, not just third world countries, especially now with the economic downturn. we need to do something. let's do it!

The country i was born in suffers from poverty. It's not a great thing when you see so many people suffering. I want this to change, and I'm up for it
