i think that it is horrible how some people treat animals!! i am currently a volunteer at my local SPCA and i plan to adopt a rescued kitten! :)

I have no idea if there is a SPCA in my community. I would love to help and I am looking for an animal shelter to start working at over the summer. I just got out today and am planning right now.

i live in apartments, by the trash cans in the back, there's like 10 cats! i don't know what to do, the mom gave birth to all of them, i give them water and things like that, but i know just that;s not healthy, they need a place to call home, not by the trash.

yeah i know what you mean. i have no clue if there is a spca anywhere near me. i love animals and i want to stop what people are trying to do to them.

Dreaah, I don't know if its too late or not; but if the kittens are still there and you are able to get close to them, gather them up, take pictures of them and make flyers for adoptable kittens, you can even take them to a local vet office; most offices are more than happy to take kittens in and adopt them out. If not, then your local humane society can help :)

I would love to do this and volunteer. I was looking through the website of my local SPCA and visited the volunteer page, but you have to be 18 or older to be part of that.
It isn't fair how so many places are all about being 18 or older. Why can't 13 year olds volunteer too?
We have a voice, we can be just as good as any 18 year old/
