Help the seniors in your neighborhood carry groceries and help them unpack them onto their shelves. They often need help and your initiative will remind them how great teenagers are! While you're at it, ask them about stories from their past and you might discover some amazing tales.

Feel uncomfortable about approaching random seniors? Step out of your comfort zone! Or contact your local senior center or elderly home to find seniors in need of help.
