Super-green Alanis Morissette gives advice on how she stays healthy and fit:

“I have a yoga mat with me always.  I Jet Ski, bicycle and my favorite exercise—dancing.  I live for greens and always have crudités in my fridge,” she tells the latest issue of People.

Dayuuum… time for us to get off our lazy bums and start hitting the gym!!
