Angelina Jolie made a charitable trip last month…that went completely under the radar! How did she manage this press-free, entourage-free trip? We have no idea how, but we do know that the admirable actress spent a day with the troops at the Walter Reed Military Hospital in Washington, D.C. last month.

She spent time with the soldiers and gave each one a gift bag, which included a $1000 gift certificate to Best Buy. And Angie did this kind deed with no publicity or press coverage at all! In fact, the only photos taken were from the volunteers and the injured soldiers. Oh, Angie. Is there anything you can’t do?

Angelina even dressed the part—she put on a USO T-shirt and posed for photos with military members and their families. The USO is a non-profit organization that works to provide entertainment and support for the troops—both those abroad and the returning veterans. Their goal is to help boost the morale of the military community.
