America, get ready to Ba-rock!

In addition to the countless musicians scheduled to Rock with Barack on this Tuesday's inauguration night, an all-star list has been put together for the event WE ARE ONE at the Lincoln Memorial two days before!

And in these economically-challenging times, CGG is thrilled to announced that WE ARE ONE will be absolutely free and open to the public! Woo hoo!

Plus, the performance is on the eve of Martin Luther King Day, it is also a commemoration of the progress our nation has made towards Dr. King’s dream. So just showing up is a way to Do Something fun as well as important!

All of your favorite musicians (and some of your parents') will be there, including Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, Bono, Sheryl Crow, Usher, Shakira, Bruce Springsteen, James Taylor, will.i.am, and Stevie Wonder among many others.

But that’s not all: Jamie Foxx, Martin Luther King III, Queen Latifah and Denzel Washington will be reading historical passages at the event. They will perform in front of the Lincoln Memorial, the same place MLK gave his famous “I Have a Dream” speech 46 years ago. We've come a long way, America!

Then, the next night, Michelle Obama and Jill Biden will host the “Kids’ Inaugural: We Are the Future,” concert at the Verizon Center in DC. They are hosting the concert to honor military families and also to get kids involved in the inauguration festivities. Miley Cyrus and The Jonas Brothers are confirmed to perform! And look out for special appearances by Usher and Rihanna.

If you can’t make it to D.C to party with the stars (and CGG!), there are many ways you can partake in this historical event in your very own hometown. You can check out the WE ARE ONE concert on HBO on Sunday, January 18 (7:00-9:00 p.m. ET/PT) and the Kids’ Inaugural concert on the Disney Channel. And don't forget to stay tuned with CGG -- we'll be there, front and center, reporting all the good gossip there is to print!

So what are you waiting for?! Get off the couch and contribute! Obama encourages all Americans to follow Dr. King’s example and DO SOMETHING on this national holiday. Go to USAservice.org and look for events happening near you. The site even gives information on organizing your very own service event.

All right, Do Something Generation -- it's your time to shine!
