“Lights off, candles on.” Sounds romantic! Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen and her husband, New England Patriots QB Tom Brady, are among the recent supporters backing Earth Hour 2010. The beautiful couple welcomed the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) into their home to film some up close and personal PSAs to raise awareness about the March 27 energy conservation event.

Earth Hour was started by WWF, which works to spread the word about the earth’s very serious climate changes. This year’s Earth Hour is shaping up to be the biggest one yet, with the number of participants already surpassing last year’s number of 1 billion supporters worldwide. Wow! You can join in on the event by turning your lights out at 8:30 pm on March 27 and recruiting friends and family to do the same.
