Jewelry Designer to the stars, Simon Cardwell, has made exquisite pieces for the likes of Tori Spelling, Katherine McPhee, Nelly Furtado, and The Pussycat Dolls.

But his gold and silver animal trinkets from his Cheeky Monkey line have more about them than just what meets the eye.  Instead, Simon’s success stems from the fact that all of his pieces feature endangered species that are made from 100% recyclable materials.

That’s right!  How can gold, silver, and semi-precious stones be recyclable you ask?  Well, CGG caught up with Simon at Nigel Barker’s A Sealed Fate event to find out.

Simon designed a new piece specifically for the event that features a white seal set in 100% recycled silver with two fair-trade sapphires.  Even more special, however, is the pendant’s cheeky “Be my sealvation” saying engraved on the back.
