It's officially summer- time for roller coasters, funnel cake, and last week, the Time For Heroes Celebrity Carnival, a charity carnival held to raise money for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Sponsored by Disney, the event raised $1 million for the fund.
Games and activity booths were the place to be--celebs like Jamie Lynn Spears (who decorated cupcakes), and Grey's Anatomy's T.R. Night (who decorated flower pots) were in abundance. Robin Williams and Seth Green read aloud while others listened to music provided by DJ Adam from Radio Disney and even a live performance by Aly and AJ.

Weren't the Jonas Bros there this year? I know this is an event they frequent? If Jamie Lynn could make it so close to giving birth why weren't my bros there?

Pediatric AIDS is an amazing cause and it is so wonderful to see different celebs pulling for it. On top of that, though, the picture shown is of Seth Green reading aloud to the people present! That's two birds with one stone...what I mean is he is promoting literacy and at the same time is promoting Pediatric AIDS awareness! Go Seth! (and all the other celebs out there for a good cause!)
