Our favorite Friend Jennifer Aniston is tweeting away for the cancer cause. She has signed up to the social network to participate in Stand Up to Cancer’s first annual Twitterhunt, which started yesterday.

And she’s not alone. Celebs like Jack Black, Kirsten Dunst, Scarlett Johansson, the cast of 30 Rock, Mekhi Phifer, Charles Barkley, Tony Hawk and Josh Groban have also joined SU2C’s Twitterhunt. They have all autographed T-shirts that SU2C has tucked away in more than 20 cities across the USA. You can check out the celeb pages or SU2C’s Twitter page to find clues as to where they are.

The hunt marks the organization’s one-year anniversary and they are celebrating with this blow out hunt. Today SU2C awarded its first grants to research teams they are calling their “Dream Teams” working to find cures and treatment for cancer patients.
