CGG recently clued you in to Step It Up and Dance’s Elizabeth Berkley’s new show Ask Elizabeth for MTV, which is all about promoting self-esteem for girls.

Well, we caught up with Elizabeth on the red carpet of the Do Something Awards, where she told us all about her inspiration for the show.
