G-Girlz speaks out for Do Something

CGG got the inside scoop recently at the Downtown Disney Premiere of the G-Girlz hit, “G-Girlz Purze”; where the lovely ladies became our official girl group promoters with their very own Do Something table.  At the event, dazzling young stars posed on the carpet as tweens squealed for autographs.

Among the celebrity-ridden crew was Monet, the lovely blonde from the Suite Life of Zack and Cody. She told CGG exclusively that she works with children and every year donates gifts to the pediatric wards in local hospitals. Also at the event was country singer Adam Gregory who said he works with Youth Aids, and is a passionate sponsor for an organization that helps children with the auto-immune disease.

Napoleon Dynamite’s Carlos Ramirez revealed that he supports the Commissioner for Human Rights. He said the organization is "not just an American thing, but has a worldwide effect," and works to provide for people internationally.

Varsity Fan Club was another major hit on the red carpet, whose single 'Future Love' was one of the most requested songs on Radio Disney this past week. The boys were surprisingly very approachable too, and also loved our homemade Do Something graphic print hats!  We agreed to give them one if they answered two questions for us. (As it turns out, we didn’t hold up our end of the bargain- but we only asked one question. So the deal was off, right?) But The VFC members did concede to tell us about their most supported causes which range anywhere from kids to animal rights to fresh water.

And lastly, the lovely G-Girlz themselves proved to be very humanitarian-minded as well, as they divulged that all the proceeds from the sales of their new purses goes to charity. They also endorse an additional charity called Cupcakes for Cancer.
