As if Gwyneth Paltrow didn’t have enough on her plate (and we know exactly what’s on this GOOPers dinner plate thanks to her tell-all lifestyle website), she’s now taken on a new project…designing a clothing line! We told you about the line this past March, but now that you can actually (almost…) buy the designs, we thought we’d remind you!
Paltrow has teamed up with ZOEtee’s for a special children’s clothing line set to debut this Monday, August 24. And although we think the line, which has been characterized as a "capsule collection for French design house ZOEtee’s [that is] influenced by 1970s glam and masculine tailoring” is adorable, the best part of all may just be that all of the line’s proceeds will be donated to charity!
Paltrow’s charity of choice is London Kids Company, which works to provide at risk inner-city youth with education, emotional support and other resources. The organization also offers therapeutic and social work services in over 30 London-based schools in order to provide kids who are susceptible to drug abuse, gang violence, or prostitution with a more positive environment.
The seven-piece ZOEtee’s Loves Gwyneth Paltrow Collection is, unfortunately, a fall/winter collection, so we can’t deck ourselves (or, more likely, our pint-sized siblings) just yet, but that doesn’t mean we can’t buy one of the jersey separates or wool mesh jackets for that surprisingly chilly day a month or so down the road.
