Jennifer Hudson starts foundation in memory of late family members

Following the horrific murders of Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother, and nephew, her family announced yesterday the creation of the Hudson-King Foundation for the Families of Slain Victims in their honor.

"The specific purpose of the Foundation is to care for the needs of families who have lost relatives to a violent crime," the family members said in a joint statement. "This encompasses their basic needs of food, clothing and shelter as well as grief counseling."
