We all know Kanye West has had huge success atop the music charts with his latest hot single "Love Lockdown." So what could Kanye possibly set as a new goal for 2009?

Last year when his mother passed away due to plastic surgery complications, Kanye West renamed his foundation, which aims to reduce the rate of high school drop-outs, in honor of her: Dr. Donda West Foundation. This coming year, Kanye has now made it known that he plans to raise further awareness towards the objectives of the foundation.

In an effort to meet his 2009 Resolution, his foundation is partnering with community organizations to provide underprivileged youth access to music production programs.
