Kardashians donate their closet!

Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian have won us over with their healthy self-deprecating humor and sizzling styles on their E! hit Keeping Up with the Kardashians. But these girls have also proved that they are humanitarian-conscious as well with episodes dedicated to the girls giving money to the homeless and donating furniture to victims of Hurricane Katrina. Now the trio is furthering their charitable efforts by auctioning off some of their own luxurious style items with a percentage of the money to be donated to the Dream Foundation, which grants wishes to terminally-ill adults.

Some of their dazzling duds include a Gucci tote, a Dior purse, and a Herve Leger dress which are now accepting bids online at eBay Giving Works. Other fabulous items also include a lunch date with the Samaritan sisters, and a $500 gift card complete with a shopping excursion to their Calabasas, Ca. store, DASH.

I'll bet they buy 10x more stuff to replace each one of the auction items and spend thousands on a night out to celebrate. At least someone in need will benefit from the extravagance of their lifestyle. But I'm not convinced of the overall impact.

I agree. I mean celebs should clean out their closets daily for charity. remember when lindsay lohan left the chateau marmont and left behind thousands of dollars in clothes and blackberries? All that stuff should be donated.
