Kelly Ripa and Molly Sims are fighting for a cancer cure by doing what they love most- shopping of course!

The two gorgeous gals have recently teamed up with QVC to sell designer clothing, jewelry, beauty products, and accessories all at half the retail price.  And the best part is that all the net proceeds are going to benefit The Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.
