"The Hills" sweetheart Lauren Conrad was in New York last week to help launch a special charity bracelet on behalf of the Avon Foundation and Mark Cosmetics. All proceeds from the goldtone “Have A Heart” bracelet, featuring Lauren’s personal design picks, will go to m.powerment by mark- whose mission is to educate young women about domestic violence and abusive relationships.
