LC is giving up the surfboard she won at this year's Teen Choice Awards to someone a lot more deserving -- 13-year-old Leukemia patient Pat Pedraja who was up for the $100,000 Do Something Award and lost.

Conrad met the kid at Do Something's Teen Choice pre-party Saturday night where she presented him with $10,000 check from Do Something for his work recruiting bone marrow donors from minorities across the country.

She also gave him an iPod Touch she’s personally filled with her favorite music. Lauren’s discovered there’s life beyond The Hills.
