We recently informed you on a crew of dashing divas who "Just Stand Up" to cancer.

But now it seems that even little Abigail Breslin is joining in on the fight against cancer as well...

CBS Evening News Anchor Katie Couric and actress Abigail Breslin met with
cancer patients at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for a story
that will air during the Sept. 5 Stand Up To Cancer special on CBS, NBC, and ABC.

Breslin, the 12 year old Oscar Nominee, lost her grandfather to lung
cancer, and will also star in a movie called "My Sisters Keeper" with Cameron
Diaz about a family struggling with cancer.

"We're trying to get people to come together to support cancer research
and help scientist get new treatments," said Abigail.
