As you gear up to head back to school, funnyman Neil Patrick Harris wants you to get schooled…by him…about going to school. Got that?

Let us explain. NPH joined tons of other celebs, BET, MTV, Paramount Pictures and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to spread the word about the Get Schooled national campaign. The message may seem obvious, but it goes beyond graduation day--the campaign is an initiative to inspire and mobilize teens to reform education in the U.S. in order to make sure all American kids get a quality education.

The documentary Get Schooled, You Have the Right will air on September 8th on MTV, VH1, the N, and a few other channels at 8 pm, kicking off what the campaign partners hope will be a national movement of young people demanding changes in the current system of public education.
