The international hunks George Clooney, Done Cheadle, Matt Damon, and Brad Pitt have already made Hollywood hits together. Now, with their organization “Not On Our Watch,” they are heroes making history. They have just donated a massive $438,000 to UNICEF.

The donation is for at-risk Zimbabwean refugee children living on the South Africa-Zimbabwe border. The money will go to providing support for child protection and welfare services for the 1,500 orphaned children in the border town of Musina, South Africa.

“Every-day survival has become a harrowing task,” says Matt Damon of the conditions for the Zimbabwean refugees. Once in South Africa, the refugees, many of whom are small children, are at risk of physical and sexual abuse, child labor, and psychosocial trauma, with only limited access to basic necessities.

If you’re impressed by the efforts of the Ocean’s Eleven guys, join in and help them protect the children of the world. One way to help is by supporting the Global Child Survival Act. And tell us where in the world you think these activist actors will show up next! Comment below!
