That's Julia Roberts' thoughts in her forward for Gorgeously Green: 8 Simple Steps to an Earth-Friendly Life by Sophie Uliano.

A movie star of the modern classic variety, Julia's an Oscar winner and one of the highest paid actresses in Hollywood. But ever since she hooked up with hubby Danny Moder and had her babies, she seems more down-to-earth --with an emphasis on the EARTH part.

At the end of Julia's Gorgeously Green-praising foreward, she quotes one of our favorite sayings from Mahatma Gandhi: "Be the change you want to see in the world." Certainly words to live by - put it in the quotes section ofyour Facebook profile today!

Julia Roberts is a great role model for youth. She is showing people how she is earth-friendly and that she can accomplish anything she puts her mind too. We should all be more like Julia and put the Earth first. It's our planet, eventually we will have to face the consequences of what we do and don't do for our world. Why not step up now and be pro active and help our planet be a safer place.

I thought that Julia Roberts was a fabulous person even before I learned of her good deeds. I am pleased that she is environmentally aware and that she is stepping up to do something about it. Her campaign certainly has a fitting title with "Gorgeously Green." What else could you want from such a wonderful woman. She is an ideal role model that other celebrities should copy. An inspiration indeed!
