We don’t know how Beyoncé does it all. She is touring around the country, performing practically every night and spearheading a campaign for hunger relief at same time! Maybe her alter-ego, Sasha Fierce, gives her the superhuman strength she needs--clearly this songstress has skills we have never seen before.

Before she took to the stage in Chicago on Friday, Beyoncé stopped by the city’s United Center to speak on behalf of Hamburger Helper’s “Show Your Helping Hand” campaign. She also caught a performance from the Chicago Children’s Choir.

While she isn’t pulling stunts for the cause like fellow activist David Arquette, she is still making a lot of noise. As Beyoncé’s tour bus roles through each town she is encouraging her fans to support her latest initiative. She has joined together with General Mills to support Feeding America deliver over $3.5 million in meals to food banks around the country.
