Rihanna Update!

The drama continues following Chris Brown's alleged attack against Rihanna in LA on February 8th. Though we have not seen or heard directly from either Rihanna or Chris, both have had statements released through spokespeople and through family and friends.

Chris Brown has officially released a public apology through a spokesperson which begins, “Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired.” He goes on to disclaim any truth to previous statements regarding the attack that have been released on the internet or in the press, calling them “frauds.”

Chris Brown’s apology is a nice gesture, but CGG thinks the surplus of kind words from friends and family means a lot more. Rihanna's star friends continue to offer support and words of advice. Her father, Ronald Fenty, told People that he saw Rihanna on Thursday and says she is bruised but "she will be all right."

Jay-Z told People how he felt about the situation in Phoenix at the Sprite Green presents the Third Annual Two Kings dinner with Lebron James as part of the NBA All-Star Weekend.

"I just think we should all support her,” said Jay-Z, “She's going through a tough time. You have to realize she's a young girl, as well. She's very young.” It's true, though Rihanna has gained a lot of acclaim over the past few years; she is only 20 years old. 1 in 5 teens in a serious relationship report being hit or slapped by their partner. This incident is a reminder of how real the problem of teen dating violence is.

I think that whaty chris brown did was wrong from what i have seen . People cant judge him when they dont honestly know everything that went on and untill we do if we ever do we cant really state how we feel, we can only state our opinions now can we ?
