Sofia Vergara’s love of lingerie

...yup. Modern Family's sassiest lady Sofia Vergara has no hesitations about being open about it either. That's why on October 21, she visited New York's Cipriani on 42nd Street to support a unique organization that is leveraging lingerie for a good cause.

Both Sofia Vergara and Russell Simmons attended the LingerieNY benefit for The Seven Bar Foundation, which provides funding to micro-finance organizations worldwide and is dedicated to supporting underprivileged women by giving them the chance to start their own businesses. The group partners with various luxury and beauty brands like Fusion Beauty, which ran a Kiss Away Poverty Campaign earlier this year that was supported by Kim Kardashian. Pleased with the evening's live auction and runway showcase, Vergara said, "It's a cause that’s close to my heart. I understand what women need sometimes is just a little push."
