Taylor Swift remembers back in the day when she spent time like most children do... on a playground! The teen sensation recently returned to her Tennessee roots to lend a hand with a personal donation to ensure that today's kids get to have the same experience. Read on for the deets!

Taylor has just donated $100,000 to help the city of Hendersonville in Tennessee with its ongoing work for flood relief. When the floods hit hardest several months ago, among the places that were significantly damaged was a children's playground, which Swift's donation will help recover. The $100K will not only go towards Kids Kingdom to beef up the worn playground, but also to refurbishing volleyball courts found throughout Hendersonville.
