Reality star Kim Kardashian and NFL running back Reggie Bush may have called it quits as a couple, but we hope they don’t give up their joint charity efforts!! This month (pre-break-up) the duo traveled with the Diamond Empowerment Fund to South Africa and Botswana and they both play a powerful role in the organization.

Reggie is the founding member of D.E.F’s brand new offshoot, D.E.F.’s “Athletes for Africa.” And Kim was recently named one of their “Africa’s Angels”—a program that helps raise awareness and funds in support of the organization’s vision to help Africans help Africa though education.

On their trip to South Africa they visited a diamond mining community as well as several social programs and schools, including D.E.F.'s first beneficiary and CIDA City Campus. Check out the video below that shows some footage from their trip. We hope they don’t let their personal problems affect their action in Africa!
