But the real party was amfAR's (American foundation for AIDS Research) Cinema Against AIDS gala which raised over $10 million for AIDS research. As part of a charity auction on May 22, Diddy auctioned off a full day to hang with the man, which could include a massage, and some nightclub hopping. The lucky winner paid $400,000.

Madonna spoke about her new documentary, I Am Because We Are, which is about AIDS-orphaned children in Malawi. She auctioned off a private concert of two songs of the buyers choosing for $570,000. She joked "I'm worth way more than a million dollars!" Oh Madge. All things considered it's a steal, considering she said in March she wouldn't play old hits such as "Holiday" and "Like a Virgin" for less than $30 million.
