Tom Brady's best buddy
via Boston Globe
What could New England Patriots QB Tom Brady possibly have in common with Bob Saget (you know, the dad from Full House)? The two are best buddies! Well, sort of.
Founded in 1989, Best Buddies is a nonprofit organization that creates a safe space for the intellectually disabled to make friends, find jobs, and develop leadership skills. Brady is the honorary chairman of Best Buddies’ annual fundraiser, the Audi Best Buddies Challenge – a 100-mile charity walk, run and ride. Over the weekend, celebs like Saget and Verne Troyer joined the QB for some friendly competition, and by the end, they raised $4 million in donations!
