Tyra Banks has followed Leo DiCaprio's lead, having purchased a bamboo-floored pad in the Riverhouse building on New York's west side overlooking the Hudson River.

Meanwhile, Leo's Gangs of New York castmate, Cameron Diaz, is said to have stopped by to check out the building on a recent trip.

Riverhouse runs on solar-powered energy and was built with non-pollutant materials. It comes with a 24-hour fresh-filtered air system, media cafe and green rooftop landscaping. Check out what the "green house" looks like below!
