Ugly Betty recently made history by becoming the first comedy show allowed to film inside the United Nation’s NYC headquarters. An upcoming episode will feature the UN’s Nothing But Nets campaign, which is a grassroots movement to provide mosquito nets to people in Africa. Mosquito bites can cause malaria, which is a leading killer of children in Africa, and it’s a disease the UN has been working hard to end.
