Update: 21 Days of Vegan Oprah

Oprah's 21-day vegan cleanse is almost over, and it sounds like she has enjoyed herself. She says on her blog she's had a lot of energy (contrary to the myth of losing your zing when you stop eating meat), and that gluten-free waffles are yummy and easy to prepare.
Oprah writes she's not committed to veganism, but that "Eating more consciously now feels like a way of being. I actually think about how my food got to my plate... And from that I can never turn back."
