Last week we reported that Vanessa Hudgens better keep an eye out for new tween sensation Selena Gomez who is not only super talented, but super philanthropic as well!  Well, Hudgens has now risen to the challenge and upped the bar in a major way.

She just purchased a super expensive hybrid car!  Hudgens was seen shopping around LA last week in a brand new Lexus RX Hybrid SUV.  And even though her snazzy ride may not be affordable to us common folk (starting price $41,580), at least she’s making some kind of effort to reduce her carbon footprint!
