Usher has a partner in crime for his latest mission--but unlike the tall, hansom hip hop mogul, it is the pint-size pop sensation Miley Cyrus. Together, they are "The Best of Both Worlds" for charity! The two are recruiting America’s finest to participate in Global Youth Service Day (GYSD) on April 24-26.

On her new site www.Miley.YSA.org, the it girl herself sends out a call to service asking kids to take action and share their stories, videos, and photos for GYSD. Her site’s social network also includes a video call-to-service by Miss Miley herself and 100 ways to change the world.

“Global Youth Service Day is a great way for kids to get involved and prove their power,” says Miley. “My parents instilled in me a passion for service, and I want to motivate all my friends and fans to do something they believe in.”

What’s the “Something” that Miley likes to “Do”? She visits Kentucky coal-mine towns with her family and takes clothes, gifts, and school supplies. She told Time Magazine that you are never to young to give back, saying “We need to get some practice in before we save the world." We hear ya Miley!

The best part is, the site offers the opportunity to win a chance to do a project with Miley. What would you do with that opportunity? DoSomething.org has seen some of the coolest projects that young people have ever come up. You can get inspired by checking out the DoSomething finalists! GYSD gives you another opportunity to show off your skills and see what millions of youth worldwide are up to!
