Despite results of a Do Something poll saying you would like to see Rihanna break it off for good, People.com is reporting the couple has reunited.

On February 8, 19-year-old Brown allegedly battered the "Disturbia" singer, who turned 21 last week.

"They're together again. They care for each other," an unidentified source told People, adding that the couple is currently spending time together at one of Sean "Diddy" Combs's homes, on Miami Beach's Star Island.

And it seems the reconciliation was not a one-sided attempt. "They've reached out to each other. It's been mutual."

Brown turned himself in the day after the incident and was subsequently arrested for making criminal threats. Authorities have not decided if Brown will ultimately be charged.

Sadly, this news isn't surprising nor is it unusual. The Partnership against Domestic Violence says that nearly 80% of girls who have been physically abused in their intimate relationships continue to date their abuser.

A recent Do Something poll asked you if Rihanna should take Chris back. Of 1017 votes, 685 (67%) said once a batterer, always a batterer, but 157 (15%) said he deserves a second chance while 175 (17%) were undecided.
