New York, NY (Aug. 6, 2010) –DoSomething.org, HP, and AMD announce today a new campaign that mobilizes teens in the fight to keep art education in schools. The “Make Art. Save Art.” initiative encourages teens to showcase their artistic talents and passion for art education.
Starting Aug. 2, artists can create PC wallpaper designs and submit them to MakeArtSaveArt.org along with a testimonial about why art education matters to them. Designs can feature photography, graphics, or any other visual art form.
DoSomething.org has launched its latest campaign to mobilise teens in the fight to keep art education in schools. The Make Art. Save Art initiative encourages artists to create PC wallpaper designs and submit them to the website, along with a statement on why art education is important to them. The top five shared designs win a HP notebook with VISION technology.
