The Grammy-award winning singer earned the number one spot on DoSomething.org's list of the "Top 20 Celebs Gone Good" in 2010. Lady Gaga broke into the political sphere this year with her support of gay rights and call for the repeal of "Don't Ask Don't Tell." She also hosted the "Hands Up For Marriage Equality Event" and modeled for MAC Viva Glam, donating all the proceeds to HIV/AIDS prevention.
