CGG caught up with bunch of our favorite celebrities who were on the scene in NYC and asked them what they were doing today to celebrate the earth and what young people on a budget can do!

Rachel Ray talked about eating green: “I think it's very easy to eat very well, and its getting more affordable. Thank God. Buy locally grown, go to farmers markets—it’s the last bargain left in food.”
