The message: there are more hungry people in America struggling with hunger than you know. 1 in 6 Americans struggle with hunger, so donate to a food bank.

Celebs huddle to fight hunger
Perhaps it's a match made in heaven in a sports and food lover's world. Or a prime example of celebs gone good. Or both! Tomorrow, on September 8, Sportscaster Erin Andrews and football icon Joe Montana will help kick off Kraft Foods' annual anti-hunger event. Katharine McPhee is hunger-free
...and she wishes the same for children everywhere. Unfortunately, the end of the academic year leaves some underprivileged children wondering where their next meals will come from now that school is out for the summer. Last week, Katharine McPhee took action by launching a Hunger-Free Summer initiative to let kids know she wants to help fight hunger.
