Children Initiative Pantry for the Elderly

Supplementary food provision for the elderly, homless, unemployed, disabled and single parent household in addition to nursing facilities residents (5)...toiletries and cosmetics, on a monthly basis. We serve families in most areas of Rhode Island, namely: 70 folks from Warwick, South Providence, Providence, Pawtucket, and East & North Providence.

Patriots Taking Shelter

We want to help Sterling Park become better prepared in the event of a disaster. Sterling Park is a diverse community, with more than 43 different languages spoken in the homes. Many of the families are new to the United States, and do not have support networks in place in the event of a disaster. It is expensive to live in this area, and so many of the families are surviving paycheck to paycheck, with as many family members as possible working. Many families work in the service or tourism industry, both of which would be hard hit if a disaster were to strike.
