There are many people in the Philippines who have lost their homes, clothes, friends and family to the natural disaster of the typhoon. About 80 percent of the capital was underwater and it's not over. Many are now facing the realities of the situation by having to start a new life without anything.

Each year in third world countries over 2 million children die because of water borne illnesses. Approximately 80% of illnesses and deaths in third world countries can be attributed to water related diseases. Providing WAPI's to third world counties will save lives by enabling people to pasteurize their water.

What I am trying to do is set up a communication network using HAM radio to relay information if a disaster were to happen in my area. The project includes maps of people with licenses to use the radios, and how far they can effectively communicate, and the repeaters in the area and their input/output ranges.
