We are trying to help children in the foster care system and prevent homelessness. We advocate for foster parents and children in fostercare to help then get the services that they need to thrive. These foster parents face many of obstacles from their own fostercare agency that is suppose to be supporting them and the child that is in their home. This is not happening. The agency's have turn their backs on the fosterparents and children causing them to fend for themselves.

I am an agoraphobic currently in therapy trying to overcome what most people don't even realize is a mental disease that really messes up your life. I would like to start a system of support groups for agoraphobes who are trying to get into college or are attending college and struggling with this debilitating problem. My first time in college, I hadn't yet been diagnosed with agoraphobia, but I was already suffering from it in the worst way. It was my first time away from home (a whole state away), and I was WAY outside my comfort zone.

The proposed project will consist 15 to 25 teenage girls.Over the years these girls have undergone tramatic adventures which included sexual abuse, running away from home, low self-esteem,homeless and drop-out in the early school years. My project's purpose is to inprove these existing conditions which seems to eat away or deteriorate our youth population of today.

I want to educate people on Lyme disease. I want to help people that have it and raise awareness of how debilitating this disease can really be. Many people do not believe in Lyme disease but millions are affected by it. I would like more people to be educated and to give back to people who have it.

At are high school we had a " mix it up day" where are students and teachers did things differently. Our students dressed as teacher and our teachers dressed down. The students and teachers switched parking lots also.

STUDENTS OF ALL AGES COMING FROM LOW TO MODERATELY INCOME FAMILIES ARE NOT ABLE TO AFFORD EITHER PURCHASING OR RENTING MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS FOR EITHER TAKING LESSONS OR PARTICIPATING IN A SCHOOL PROGRAM. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A SUBSIDY PROGRAM IN PLACE TO ASSIST IN RENTALS OR PURCHASES. ON THE COLLEGE LEVEL, IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT NEITHER SCHOLASTIC SCHOLARSHIPS NOR GRANTS COVER THESE COSTS AND THAT THE "SAVE OUR MUSIC" PROGRAM IS LIMITED TO UNDERPRIVILEDGED SCHOOLS THAT OFFER CURRENT MUSIC CLASSES.

I intend to make things for people that are more efficient and to make people understand that you can achieve much more with an education and that having good grades isn't everything in life.
