HIV vaccine trial brings new hope
A new vaccine may give hope to those suffering from HIV, the virus that leads to AIDS. The new vaccine, designed to prevent HIV has shown some promising results in a Thailand-based trial involving over 16,000 people.
Researchers claim that people who received a series of the vaccine were 31% less likely to get HIV, compared to those on a placebo.
