Tonight Glee superstar Jane Lynch will be hosting The Do Something Awards on VH1. The always hilarious Lynch will entertain a room full of celebrities, including Amy Poehler, Justin Bieber, Olivia Wilde, Rose McGowan and the fierce Tyra Banks. Lady Gaga is also said to be making an appearance. (Five bucks says she’ll have a pre-taped message for the audience.) The Do Something Awards air at 9/8c on VH1.

I'm not a big fan of adults, and I'm frankly beginning to doubt their ability to make our world a better place. Take Congress -- please. On the other hand, I've been heartened in recent weeks by working on The 2011 VH1 Do Something! Awards -- which airs tonight at 9PM. The show -- hosted by the amazing and consistently hilarious Jane Lynch -- puts the spotlight on young people making a difference by "rocking the causes" that matter the most to them, as well as celebrating lots of more familiar celebrities who use their star power for the common good.

The 2011 VH1 Do Something Awards is given to celebrities in honor of their commitment to social change. The celebrities come from all genres of the media to include film, television and music. They joked last year that they were girlfriend and boyfriend before despite the 13 year age gap - and Justin Bieber and Kim Kardashian were reunited last night. However, in a neat twist, it now appears that the pair are in the business of matchmaking for other people. Kim, 30, and Justin, 17, were back together at the Do Something Awards last night and were pictured having fun together.
