Celebs Gone Good caught up with actress and activist Ashley Judd just in time for the release of her new book, All That Is Bitter & Sweet: A Memoir. While most celebs use the summer to VACAY, either avoiding or welcoming the paps in their hot beach bikinis, not all of them are just out for some sun and sand. The gorgeous and talented Ashley Judd headed to the Democratic Republic of the Congo with Population Services International, a nonprofit that addresses health problems in developing countries.
