A month before Jane Lynch hosts the Emmys, the actress takes to the stage hosting the "2011 Do Something Awards" on VH1 for the second time. Younger people taking the incentive impress her, Lynch tells Zap2it. "It's a mixed blessing of being young and naive and they do and they sacrifice themselves and it's great to give the winner a spotlight," she says. The awards honor those under 25 who achieve change for the better, and one honoree receives $100,000 for his cause.
